How this site works

Register and get an account to see practice locations and times. We do not publish that information to non-members.

Once you become a member, the site lets you:

  • Register and manage your player’s account
  • Receive updates about times / locations
  • Have a player profile ready for recruiting to colleges
  • Create game stats in real time for the player’s bio
  • Manage recruiting with access to contact college coaches in the US (family recruiting desk — no bulk mailer, one coach at a time)
  • Seamless billing and account management

FAQ

How do I sign up?

One form. Pick league, mini club, open gym, and/or club. A deposit holds a club roster spot; unpaid holds expire.

Where do we see practice times?

In the family portal after you log in, and on the player’s private calendar. Practice times are not on the public site.

What is the family portal?

One parent login manages every kid. Minors do not log in. An unpaid bill on one player does not block a sibling.

How does billing work?

Club: tryout fee, then a non-refundable deposit to hold the spot, then a once-per-season uniform kit, then monthly (due the 1st) or pay the rest in full. League is monthly until you cancel (no mid-month proration); mini club is a one-time fee for 1–2 months; open gym and lessons are pay per session (open gym is usually adults; lessons are usually an hour).

What has to be done before they can play?

A signed Florida medical consent for minors, plus club medical, and a current bill. USAV and AAU numbers live on the player account and are required for tournament weekends, not league nights.

How does recruiting work?

The family fills school, bio, height, reach, vertical, position, grad year, unsigned, and a photo — incomplete profiles stay off the public board. College coaches can inquire (player emails stay private), and mini club is not on recruiting.

Uniforms?

After you accept a roster spot, order the season kit in the family portal (home/away/libero jersey, backpack, pads, and the rest). Liberos get two colored jerseys with the same number.

Team email?

Once assigned to a team, the family email is on that team’s list. When the season ends or they are released, they come off. Club-wide news is a separate opt-in on the home page.

Club and AAU?

Yes — USA Volleyball (Florida Region) and AAU. The footer has the official Florida Region find-a-club line.

What this site actually does

Is this just a brochure site?

No. Signup, billing, medical forms, uniforms, recruiting, and team email all live here. The public pages are the highlight reel. The family portal is the club.

Why don’t I see the gym on the public site?

Practice times and gyms stay behind a family login, then land on a private calendar you add to your phone. Tournament city can still be public on the team page.

Do I still have to add people to team email?

No. Assign a player and the family email is on that team’s list. Season over or released, they come off. Club news is a separate opt-in on the home page.

Can college coaches find players here?

Yes, on a public recruiting board. Incomplete profiles stay hidden so nobody looks unfinished. Mini club stays off. Player emails stay private; coaches inquire through the site.

Is it one login for the whole family?

One parent login, every kid. Each player has their own bill, forms, and roster. You save your own card. Staff never take card numbers.

What about player privacy?

We hide a lot on purpose so kids are not exposed on the open internet. Practice gyms and times, player emails, and unfinished recruiting pages stay behind login. Mini club kids are not on the public recruiting board. What is public is only what a family chose to publish.
